Premium support services can be used by any BeRTOS developer, regardless of the version chosen (Community Ed. o Windows SDK).
We guarantee, in all services, responses in time to solve the problem and restart the development: from 24 hours to 7 working days since the request.
We have divided the services into two different categories: Ticketing e Full Support.
Below the services included in each category are detailed:
Ticketing
The Ticketing service is done directly by email. After the subscription, you will get tickets (alphanumeric codes) to be used for your requests.

The service doesn't includes code debugging but only problems with using BeRTOS modules.

Code & Deploy
The Full Support service offers code debug and analysis of programs developed with BeRTOS by our customers.
Develer, BeRTOS project official maintainer, offers an expert developer to help you solving any problem you may have encountered when developing programs with BeRTOS.
The service provides a set of hours to be used on demand, without expiring date; you can use the hours in any moment.
