Satisfaction guaranteed: When purchasing BeRTOS SDK you have a full money back within 30 days without conditions.

These are our special return guarantee conditions:

  • The whole amount of your payment will be returned without conditions;
  • The return money transfer will be within 2 weeks from your return request confirmation;
  • Your license will be deactivated only when the return money transfer is done.
What the law saysWhat do we do
The customer can ask for a refund within 10 days from the purchase. The customer can ask for a refund within 30 days from the purchase. Because we know that evaluating a software needs time.
The customer must send a letter using recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt at his expense. The customer can change his mind and communicate as he prefers, by e-mail, fax o telephone.

If the customer isn't satisfied, there's no need to prove anything. Upon receiving a refund request, we will refund the whole amount paid, no question asked.
Right of withdrawal doesn't apply to software and operating systems. We extend to software the right of withdrawal for 30 days. We want our customers to be satisfied.
